Payment

 
 

Cancellation Policy

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date and must be paid 14 days prior to any delegate attendance.

If payment is not received, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.   

 

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel or change your booking, our policy is as follows:

  1. Letting us know: All changes and cancellations must be notified in writing to admin@accessible-education.co.uk

  2. Cancelling your booking:

    • If you cancel more than 30 days before the appointment your fee will be fully refundable.

    • If you cancel less than 30 days before the appointment, but more than 7 days before it, we will refund 50% of the fee.

    • We regret that no refunds apply if you cancel less than 7 days before the event.

  3. Transferring the date of your assessment: We will endeavour to transfer the date of your course, subject to availability and an administration charge of £10. We are unable to accept notices of non-attendance after the training day.

  4. All name changes are free of charge. 

 

Cancellation of your attendance at Accessible Education.

In the event that severe weather or any other emergency which results in the cancellation of an attendance, Accessible Education will endeavour to give clients a minimum of 24 hours notice and attempt to reschedule the attendance or arrange for delegates to attend on alternative days.  Our attendances are not affected by any industrial action. 

*Please note that it is the delegate’s responsibility to provide the Accessible Education with an emergency contact number at which they will normally be available.
